Our God of love came to dwell among us when Jesus was born; and when His work on the cross was completed He was raised again.
What a picture of unity, security and comfort Jesus gives us in these words written from the perspective of resurrection day!
Spend some time imagining what this looks like for you and for St Johns. You in Jesus, cuddled in His arms; and Jesus on the Father’s lap with you hugged and cuddled securely by them both.
Let it sink into your mind and your heart as you hear these words:
“You are my dearly loved son"
"You are my dearly loved daughter”Jesus was raised from death and said we would know and believe that this word He had spoken came from His Father. It is true that I am His dearly loved son/daughter.

Holy Spirit help me to know the loving presence of the Father in me and may the truth of it sink deeply into my heart. I pray this too for the St John's family. In Jesus name.
