St John’s Church Wynberg is seeking a Youth Pastor to lead and grow our youth ministry from 2026. (20 hrs/week)

We’re looking for someone with a deep, active faith in Jesus, and a heart to see young people flourish in their relationships with Christ. The role includes building strong relationships with our teens, families, and the wider church; building up a team; creating a welcoming weekly youth gathering; connecting with schools, and the local community.

Has an understanding of discipleship, is organised, relational and energetic. Theological training and proven experience discipling young people are preferable. This role requires a clean criminal record and compliance with all safeguarding policies.
